Roll up information for bulk plants, monthly meter creep tests, user activity, field personnel performance, data by division, and more: all right here in P3.

3. Viewable and Searchable Policies & Procedures

Safety-related policies and procedures are critical elements that ensure all employees operate according to a consistent set of guidelines. But are your Policies & Procedures easily accessible to personnel in the field? P3 Propane’s new functionality provides viewable and searchable Policies & Procedures to all field personnel through P3 Mobile. That technician who doesn’t like to ask questions can now search “DOT” in your manual while setting a tank, and every policy that includes a reference to DOT will show up instantly on their tablet.

4. Customizable Terms and Conditions for Customer Agreements

Customer agreements are a significant part of your safety documentation program and propane business—but did you know legal experts require minimum standards? P3 Propane Safety has simplified customer agreements for years, and we’re still improving our process by now offering the ability to customize the terms and conditions to help you ascertain a bulletproof customer agreement process.

5. Cylinder Requalification Documentation

P3 has offered a DOT cylinder inspection for years, but we’ve recently added a second inspection and report specifically designed for commercial marketers using a cylinder exchange or dispensing location. This new inspection option will allow your management team to easily track all inspections in one place rather than creating a digital PDF for each cylinder. Marketers have already begun streamlining their inspection process to maximize efficiency at their locations.
