P3 Propane is excited to announce the launch of Form 4: a required document for propane marketers who deliver fuel to containers located within Oklahoma.
Oklahoma’s legislation requires Form 4 to be utilized in the following situations:
- Before gas is run to a new system for the first time
- If 2 years have passed since a previously serviced system has been operated
- When new or modified gas piping is placed into service
- Any time a gas leak is suspected
- When an interruption of service occurs, including a gas runout
