Latest P3 Updates: New Features Now Available
If you’re a propane marketer using the P3 Compliance System, you know we’re always working to make safety documentation faster, simpler, and more reliable. We’ve rolled out several updates in recent months, designed to streamline your workflow and improve the tools you use every day. Here’s a quick rundown of the most prominent changes for P3 users:
Run Out Report

See all runouts in order from newest to oldest for easier tracking.
Help Center Relocation

We’ve moved the Help Center to P3’s main menu, making it easier to find answers and resources without digging through submenus.
Cathodic Download to Excel

You can now export data across all sections of the Cathodic Inspection Report. This makes record-keeping and analysis much more flexible.
Code and Compliance Summary Enhancements

The Compliance Summary now runs faster and includes a new Waived Issues Report. We’ve also moved the Leak Check Flash Report, Safety Inspection Flash Report, and Photo Documentation Flash Report into this section for easier access.
Simplified Navigation

We’ve consolidated the P3 and Reports dropdown menus on the desktop site, so you can find what you need with fewer clicks.
New Terms & Conditions Report

Available under Equipment Sales, this new report shows which in-service containers have an agreement on file, and which don’t, making compliance tracking for our agricultural partners simpler.
RCC Phase 4 Integration
Thanks to our integration partnerships, Interruption of Service records and Photo Inspections now pass directly from P3 to RCC, reducing duplicate data entry for back-office teams.
Bug Fixes and Updates
We’ve also resolved several smaller issues based on user feedback:
- Fixed container serial number issues in Terms & Conditions
- Terms & Conditions email prompt now appears only once during entry
- Updated the Photo SOP in the Help Center and Photo Inspection
- Corrected the DOT 5 Year PDF typo
- Interruption of Service edit page now saves AM and PM edits under System Checks
- Bulk plant inspection wording has been updated for clarity
- Container and bulkhead Emergency Shut-off Valve inspections updated from annual to monthly
- Increased character limit so Cathodic comments are no longer cut off on the final PDF
- “Entered” column on the Interruption of Service Activity Report now filters properly
- Containers added during Safety Inspections can be immediately included in Terms & Conditions entries
- Cathodic Inspection readings now require valid numbers and reject symbols
What’s Coming Next
We’re not stopping there. A new feature allowing you to customize monthly bulk plant inspections is on the way, giving you more flexibility to tailor inspections to your operation.
