Reminder: Check Current Issues at Physical Location

This week’s Tip is a time savings and efficiency reminder. If an account has been flagged for a reason that requires you to go back out to the home for a service call be sure to check the Current Issues at Physical Location section of Account Details. By doing this you can ensure that you take care of any and all outstanding issues at the home.
You can do that by clicking on the icon to the right of Current Issues at Physical Location.
Now that you can see all of the issues you can be sure to grab that regulator date code while you’re out conducting that leak check.

Add photos as you normally would, and now all photos associated with this date’s photo inspection will be in one place.
