Priority Follow Up & Reviewed with Comments (Outstanding)

This week’s Tip of the Week will focus on the difference between the two dashboard items Priority Follow Up and Reviewed with Comments (Outstanding).
Any time a review of an account, a photo, or a safety inspection is conducted by your designated Propane Safety Manager and some sort of follow up is needed, it will end up in one of these two places on your dashboard.

Items that are flagged for Priority Follow Up are accounts where some sort of remediation needs to occur, and there will need to be an additional visit to the home.

Items that are moved to Reviewed with Comments (Outstanding) are more best practice issues; information should be disseminated internally or training should take place so that the issue in question does not continue to occur.
