Photo Documentation Review

Once you enter Photo Documentation, you will be able to find your photos under Photos Not Reviewed. From there, a P3 user that is set up as a Propane Safety Manager can review those photos and determine if there is any follow up that needs to occur. If there is some type of follow up that needs to happen, those photos will stay on your dashboard and are pushed to one of two locations: Priority Follow Up or Reviewed with Comments (Outstanding).

After clicking on Phhotos Not Reviewed the Propane Safety Manager will see a list of accounts that have photos that need to be reviewed. To review the photos click on the symbol.

From here the Propane Safety Manager can take one of three actions:

  1. Approve the photo inspection (remove from the dashboard)
  2. Required Resolution – moves the photo inspection to the Priority Follow Up portion of the database (these are the highest-priority issues that should be dealt with in a timely manner)
  3. Reviewed with Comments – will also move the photo inspection to the dashboard (inspections found here need to be addressed in some way, but are not necessarily a high priority).

Now that everything has been moved to its proper place, it’s time to begin addressing the issues. Next time we will plan to talk about what to do with the photos once they have been reviewed by your Propane Safety Manager.
