Audit Status

You may have noticed that there has been a new section added to the very bottom of the dashboard when you login to P3, Audit Status. This section of P3 provides you with a benchmark for the progress you have made when it comes to safety inspections on file and account audits completed. Account audits of safety inspections assist in bringing you closer to compliance with NFPA 54, and photo audits provide assistance with ensuring NFPA 58 compliance.
1. The first section of the Audit Status tells you the total number of account locations you have in P3 and compares that with the number of safety inspections that have been entered (if this number does not match you can use the Safety Inspection Flash Report to determine which accounts are still in need of a safety inspection).
2. The next figure lets you know how many of your safety inspections have been audited by your company’s designated Propane Safety Manager and compares that number with the total number of safety inspections that have been completed. (54 Compliance)
3. The third section tells you how many of your photo inspections (inspections taken of the installation of tanks) have been audited by your designated Propane Safety Manager and compares that number against the total number of photo inspections you have entered into P3. (58 Compliance)
4. The final number totals up all of the audits either of Safety Inspections or Photos and tells you the percentage of locations that have been audited.
