Add an Address to an Existing Account

As a follow up to last week’s Tip of the Week, we’ll talk about how to add an additional address to an existing account. You can go through the same steps of selecting New Account from the Enter menu, and then entering the account number for the account you would like to add the address to. Once you select the account, you’ll be brought to the screen with the account mailing address.
In order to add an additional address, click the icon to the right of the Physical Location dropdown menu.
You’ll see a list of all existing physical addresses associated with that account. To add the additional address, click the to the right of the locations.
Once you have entered the new address, click to move straight into entering data for the location, or click to save just the location information and save the inspection entry for later.
