Accounts with Multiple Locations

This week we are going to cover the proper procedure for entering an account into P3 that has multiple locations associated with it. Whether it’s a residential customer or a builder that has thirty locations it’s easy to enter those locations and keep them all together in one place.

If the locations do not already exist in P3 follow this procedure.

The first thing you need to do to add a new location under the main account is just click on the icon. This will provide you with a summary of all of the existing locations under the main account as well as the option to add additional locations.
To add an additional location all you need to do is click on the icon. This will bring up the data entry scree for the new location you would like to add.
Once you have entered the new location information you just need to click .
If the locations already exist in P3 follow this procedure.
Select the address you would like to enter data for from the Physical Location drop down menu.
Once the address you would like to enter data for shows in the Physical Location window you are all set to enter data for that location.
